By default, delivery charges do not include a guarantee, except in certain cases.

With Mondial Relay, parcels have a default guarantee of €25. To cover the entire order, you must pay an additional amount by bank transfer to Dreams World.

With BPOST, parcels weighing between 10.01 kg and 30 kg are always insured. If the parcel is lighter, you must pay an additional fee for insurance.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service you choose. Once your purchase is complete, your order will be delivered within 2-10 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

There are several reasons for this problem:

If the payment used does not have the necessary amount, it will fail until the amount is correct.

5. Other

Technology isn't perfect, and the website may make errors when editing your cart, changing pages, or otherwise. Try closing the website and returning to it.

It is also possible that the device used for payment is defective, old, or outdated. Try using another electronic device: a computer, tablet, phone, etc.

It is very easy to create an account on our website but where you create it depends on whether you are using a mobile phone or a computer.

On your mobile phone , at the home page, interact with the three bars at the top left of your screen (next to the magnifying glass and the logo). When this is done, a page will open and at the very bottom of it, tap on " My Account ".

On the computer , at the home page, click on the man at the top right of your screen (between the magnifying glass and the basket).

When you are in this login page, interact with the " Register " button below the blue "Login" button. You will have to put the requested information and a password that you should never share with anyone.

You will be able to use the "Login" button the next time you log in because your account will finally be created!
